Laffite's Hypercars are equipped with a twin-turbo hybrid V8 developing around 1,000 horsepower – with e-fuel compatibility, making it technologically forward-looking in terms of sustainability. The car features significant weight optimization (~1,350 kg) thanks to extensive use of carbon-fiber structures, boosting performance.

Laffite's Hypercars use a carbon monocoque or full carbon-fiber body, improving rigidity and reducing mass. It incorporates active aerodynamics: adjustable suspensions, wings, flaps, and spoilers that adapt in real time to speed and driving conditions, same as used in Formula 1 (DRS aerodynamic system). The suspension setup is racing-grade, developed using a 7-post rig, a technology used for endurance and Formula racing cars.

Although inspired by endurance prototypes, Laffite's Hypercars are engineered to be street-legal, blending comfort requirements with racing technology. This balance requires sophisticated engineering for engine management, aerodynamics, safety, and cockpit ergonomics.

Whether lowering the car for maximum track performance or raising it to clear challenging terrain, the system adapts in seconds. Connected to the vehicle's driving modes, it automatically fine-tunes ride height and suspension settings to match real-time driving conditions.
